Shipments and returns
Transport & Delivery
Orders are generally sent within 3 business days of receipt of your payment. As soon as we've released your order to the driver, we'll give you a tracking number that allows you to follow up your package online.
To deliver the package, a signature is required. If you're not home often, please enter in the address of a family member, convenience store, or your work address. With each order you can enter an appropriate delivery address. You can also put a signed message on the doorbell for the driver. For example, you can give him or her permission to place the package at the back door or deliver it to the neighbours.
We'll send you an email when your shipment is transferred to the driver. Within Belgium, Luxembourg and part of the Netherlands you will normally receive your order the day that follows this email.
From € 60.00 we ship for free in the Benelux. The transport costs vary by country and appear in your shopping basket. We recommend you to pool your items in one order. We cannot merge two separately placed orders, so shipping costs will be charged for each order.

Your package is sent at your own risk, but special care is spent on fragile objects. Your order is placed in a well-protected package before shipment. For this, we use recyclable materials.
Have you changed your mind or are you not satisfied with the delivery? Send us the product back within 14 calendar days. It is important to send back the product is in its original state. Don't just send the product back, but follow these steps:
- Send an email to email@example.com with your order number, the products you wish to return, your phone number and your full name, address and bank details.
- Then send the product to: Distrimedia, Industriepark Noord 5a, 9100 Sint-Niklaas, Belgium, along with a copy of the email you sent to us. This allows us to link your return to your account and prepare the refund. Send the products to be exchanged in a solid shipping box. Safe the evidence of shipping.
- If you have paid shipping costs to us, they will also be refunded.
Open the shipping box and original packaging carefully so you can use it again to return the order!

Payments are received by Mollie. We accept payments through iDEAL, Bancontact, Visa and Mastercard or through KBC, ING and Belfius Banking.
